Whitestown and its officers, employees, agents, or representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages arising from accessing or using the Sites, including but not limited to any disruption in service, or otherwise arising from the Sites or from anything contained in or displayed on the Sites. Nothing contained in or displayed on the Sites constitutes or is intended to constitute legal advice by Whitestown or any of its officers, employees, agents, attorneys, or representatives.
The Sites collect Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, and login names and passwords. Personally Identifiable Information may be collected when you do any of the following: request a service; participate in certain promotional activities; fill out surveys; request newsletters or email updates; or email Whitestown. Whitestown does not rent, sell, or give away any Personally Identifiable Information entered into the Sites to third parties for marketing or mailing list purposes. Personally Identifiable Information may, however, be shared as required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process. Whitestown gathers non-personally identifiable information for purposes such as tracking how users browse and use the Sites. If you have registered at the Sites, you may access and change your information by visiting the site where it was submitted. All e-mail communications from us, such as newsletters, allow a person to stop receiving such communications by following the instructions in the communication.
The Sites use “cookies,” which are small data files transferred by a website to your computer's hard drive. The Sites send cookies to you when you do things including, but no limited to, make on-line payments, respond to online surveys, or request information. The Sites’ cookies do not give Whitestown access to your Personally Identifiable Information, but allow Whitestown to identify your computer. Whitestown uses aggregate information obtained from cookies to analyze traffic patterns on the Sites.
